At Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts - Dallas, students are immersed in the theory and skill of culinary arts. This preparation for entry- and mid-level careers in the restaurant industry includes hands-on study in the classroom as well as a three month externship. The program combines the innovation of American technology with the techniques used by classical French chefs.
